The Canada Child Benefit (CCB) is a financial assistance program provided by the Government of Canada to support eligible families with the cost of raising children.

This benefit is designed to help parents and guardians with the expenses associated with childcare and various aspects of a childโ€™s upbringing. The CCB is a tax-free monthly payment that is based on factors such as family income, the number of children in the household, and their ages.

It aims to ensure that families, particularly those with lower incomes, have the necessary financial resources to provide for the well-being and development of their children.
